Tuition Assurance
For International Students
AIH is a registered CRICOS provider and complies with the Australian Government’s Tuition Protection Scheme (TPS) in accordance with the ESOS Act 2000. The TPS protects international students in the event that an education provider is unable to fully deliver a course of study.
If AIH is unable to deliver a course that a student has paid for, the TPS ensures that eligible international students are able to either:
– Complete their studies in another course or with another education provider; or
– Receive a refund of their unspent tuition fees.
Where a suitable alternative course is available, the TPS will assist students to transfer and continue their studies. If no suitable alternative course can be found, the TPS will arrange a refund for the portion of tuition fees paid for units that have not yet been delivered.
